MID49’s Audio Breakout AB-6 converts the two mini XLR inputs on a Blackmagic 6K Full Frame, Cinema Camera 6K Pro, or Pocket Cinema Camera 6K G2 into two standard full-size XLRs, letting these cameras accept professional microphones without an adapter cable dangling off each input. It mounts via a captive 1/4-20 screw to the camera body or a third-party cage, and its 12-inch cable with low-profile right-angle connectors keeps cabling tidy. Because it’s a passive adapter, there’s no power draw or electronics to add failure points on set.
